Rep. Correa Supports Bipartisan Bill To Help Veterans Get Jobs

Washington, D.C.—Today Congressman Correa voted AYE for H.R. 2547—Veterans Expanded Trucking Opportunities Act of 2017. This bill would streamline the process of veterans with experience driving trucks becoming civilian truck drivers.

Congressman Correa said, “Our veterans have unique skills and providing them with the tools necessary to succeed once home is the responsibility of every American. We must ensure they are able to find jobs once they return home. We owe them that.”
